Special Seeds from a friend!
Smyrnium perfoliatum! Love love love it! Someone who is obsessed with garden fashion trends might notice the “very popular in 2012” seeds of Anthriscus sylvestris ‘Ravenswing’ that hit Chelsea two years ago. Garden trends don’t interest me at all, but beautiful plants do, and an almost black, lacy, wild-looking plant for me will never be “in” or “out”.
Thank you so much, Nancy J. Ondra!

Went to the bf’s family reunion this weekend and had to leave my bbs behind in 100+ degrees without water for 3 days in Texas. They were a little rough when I got back, but seems like they’ll be back in no time. Also totally have super huge appreciation for my C4 purslane. I’m so glad science exists so I can fully appreciate and know just how amazing life is.

My hibiscus is finally blooming but the foliage is still sad. I need to get it some shade I think.
I’m fairly certain my succulents gossip when I’m not around.
